How do you price a job?
By how much preparation is needed, how many coats, the condition of the surface and the finish level you want. Two jobs the same size can differ a lot depending on repair work. Tell us your budget and we'll work inside it.
Is the quote free, and how fast?
Free. We aim to inspect within 48 hours of your call, and in most cases the itemised quote is sent the next business day by whichever channel you prefer.
Are you licensed and insured?
We hold a contractor licence from Building Commission NSW (285805C), which covers work over $5,000, and public liability insurance with Chubb up to $20 million.
How long will it take?
It depends on size and, for exterior work, the weather. We give you a timeframe at the inspection and tell you straight away if anything shifts.
What paint do you use?
Reputable brands, chosen for durability, finish and VOC level. If you have a brand preference or want low-VOC options, we'll use them. On heritage buildings we use era-appropriate materials such as limewash and breathable mineral paints.
Can I stay home while you work?
Yes. We protect floors and furniture and tidy up daily. If you'd rather be out for certain stages, just say.
What should I do before you start?
Just move small items and valuables out of the work area — we handle the rest. For exteriors, clear access around the walls helps us start faster.
Is there a warranty?
A one-year workmanship warranty from completion. Full terms come attached to your quote.
We're a strata manager — do you do maintenance programs?
Yes. We set up maintenance programs and scheduled repaint cycles as a long-term asset plan, prepare quotes in the format strata managers need, and work with OH&S-compliant safe access.
Can we deal in Korean?
Yes — consultation, quotes and day-to-day communication can all be handled in Korean.
